Property Management, Inc. (PMI) has a rare opportunity for a motivated individual looking to join a growing company as an employee owner. PMI manages over $4 billion of real estate assets and has over 30,000 customers and 360 clients. We are currently searching for one Part-Time Multi-Site Community Director with Affordable Housing experience to join our team at Mount Joy Senior Housing and East High Village Apartments. This position will provide oversight to the communities teams, process Tax Credit and Rural Development leases for our residents and provide excellent customer service. A valid PA Real Estate License is preferred, but not required. We will pay for you to get one! Rate: Based on experience.
Hours: 2 days/week, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.

Role and Responsibilities:
- Oversee overall operation of the properties.
- Manage staff.
- Comply with Federal, State and Local programs.
- Manage capital improvement projects.
- Rent collection.
- Budget oversight and expense control.
- Processing applications and recertifications.
- Customer service- work order requests, communications, etc.
- Data entry.
- Weekly and Monthly reporting.
Requirements
- Prior experience in the multi-family housing industry.
- Prior affordable experience (Tax Credit, Rural Development preferred).
- Yardi experience preferred.
- PA Real Estate License is a plus but not required.
- Excellent attention to detail and administrative process.
- Excellent customer service and sales skills.
- Valid PA Drivers License and reliable insured, transportation.
- High School Diploma/GED.
