We are currently searching for one full-time Leasing Agent to join our team in Allentown. This position will serve as the Community Director for multiple conventional communities in the area. Rate: Depending on experience and position.
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am -5:00 pm.

Role and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate leasing efforts to maximize rental income.
- Oversee operation of multiple apartment communities.
- Assist with property improvement projects.
- Monitor financial performance and prepare reports.
- Resolve resident complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Conduct routine property inspections to ensure standards are met.
- Lead efforts to enhance resident retention through excellent customer service.
- Travel is required.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- PA Real Estate License is a plus but not required.
- Excellent customer service and sales skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Valid PA Drivers License and reliable transportation.
- High School Diploma/GED.
