Rate: Based on Experience.
Hours: 32 hours weekly - Flexible during business hours.

Role and Responsibilities:
- Customer service.
- Cleans and all common areas as scheduled by supervisor.
- Cleans vacant apartments as scheduled by supervisor.
- Removes garbage from trash receptacles, ash trays and ash cans daily.
- Assist with resident work orders in apartments.
- Assist with turnover of apartments.
- May perform grounds/landscaping work as needed.
- Salt / Snow removal duties.
Requirements
- Prior residential cleaning experience is preferred, but not required.
- Working cell phone.
- Excellent customer service and sales skills.
- Valid PA Drivers License and reliable transportation.
- High School Diploma/GED.
