We are seeking an experienced Residential Property Management Specialist. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary support contact for our franchisees operating in this management sphere.

Location & Hours: This position is in-house at the Lehi, Utah headquarters located in the Thanksgiving Point area. Remote or hybrid is not an option.

M-Thursday: 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Friday 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
Ideal Candidate
- 3 years of experience as an active residential property manager or portfolio manager
- Ability to provide basic guidance on trust accounting best practices
- Comfort in navigating various software platforms, specifically property management software
- Experience working with remote team members
- An in-depth understanding of the cycle of property management agreements and leases
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for franchisees who operate in the residential pillar
- Address common challenges and share best practices to enhance franchisee performance
- Communicate with franchise owners via various channels to offer guidance, answer questions, and provide ongoing support
- Conduct one-on-one and group training sessions to ensure franchise owners are proficient in all operational aspects
- Provide front-end support and training on our residential tech stack
- Assist franchisees in creating sales strategies for new leads
- Help franchise offices understand the operational aspects of residential management
- Contribute to other major initiatives as assigned
Qualifications
- CPM (Certified Property Manager) designation or equivalent experience
- An entrepreneurial mindset toward work and problem-solving
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Basic understanding of trust accounting

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
