What You'll Do
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing team in a fast-paced, ever-changing industry.
- Manage community budgets to meet or exceed monthly financial goals.
- Prepare and present annual budgets to Regional Managers and VPs, introducing creative strategies to drive growth and success.
- Build strong relationships with ownership through timely and accurate reporting.
- Maintain expert knowledge of floor plans, amenities, value-add opportunities, and the competitive market.
- Deliver excellent customer service by addressing resident needs promptly and professionally.
Communicate clearly, adapt quickly to change, and model professional standards.
What We're Looking For
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.
- At least 1 year of experience in the multifamily housing industry.
- Experience with Entrata property management software.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and customer service skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
