What You'll Do
As a Leasing Agent at Oquirrh Hills Apartments, you'll play an important role in creating a welcoming experience for current and prospective residents while supporting daily leasing operations.
Responsibilities include:
- Responding to leasing inquiries by phone, email, and online platforms
- Following up with leads and scheduling apartment tours
- Conducting property tours for prospective residents
- Assisting future residents through the leasing and move-in process
- Providing exceptional customer service to current residents
- Helping residents submit and coordinate maintenance requests
- Preparing, organizing, and maintaining resident files
- Supporting day-to-day office operations and property team initiatives
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications:
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Effective time management and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
- Ability to remain professional and solution-focused in challenging situations
Preferred Qualifications (not required - we can train the right candidate):
- 6 months of multifamily leasing or property management experience
- 6 months of sales experience
- Knowledge of Fair Housing laws
- Understanding of leasing and sales techniques
- Experience with Entrata Property Management Software
- Experience with budgeting or property financials
