Senior Property Manager

About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to lead operations at a 200 unit multifamily community in Hamilton Township, NJ. This is an exciting opportunity for a proven leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong background in team development, large-scale renovations, and project management.

As the Senior Property Manager, you will play a key role in driving asset performance, leading renovation and repositioning projects, and developing a high-performing on-site team focused on operational excellence and resident satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership to on-site leasing, maintenance, and operations teams to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction goals.

• Develop and mentor on-site staff, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and professional growth.

• Manage financial performance, including budget preparation, expense control, and variance reporting.

• Ensure compliance with all company policies, fair housing laws, and local regulations.

• Partner with regional and corporate leadership on strategic initiatives, vendor management, and long-term asset planning.

• Maintain exceptional standards for curb appeal, safety, and operational efficiency.

• Oversee capital improvement and renovation projects, from planning and budgeting through execution and completion.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of property management experience; 2 years in a senior or multi-site leadership role preferred.

• Proven success managing multifamily communities of 200 units.

• Strong background in renovation oversight, capital projects, and repositioning strategies.

• Demonstrated ability to lead, train, and motivate teams to deliver top-tier results.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and financial acumen skills.

• Proficient in property management software (Entrata, EliseAI, LRO).

CAM, CAPS, or CPM certification preferred but not required
