Role Description
This is a full-time Field Technician role located on-site in Santa Clarita, CA. The Field Technician will be responsible for conducting various property maintenance tasks, including parking lot maintenance, power washing, gutter cleaning, window washing, and other assigned duties. The role involves working independently and in teams, interacting with clients professionally, and ensuring properties are maintained to the highest standard.
Qualifications
- Experience in property maintenance tasks such as parking lot restriping, crack filling, sealcoating, and steam power washing
- Skills in window washing, dryer vent cleaning, solar panel cleaning, and gutter cleaning
- Knowledge of basic handyman services and general maintenance procedures
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Comfortable with physical tasks and working outdoors in various weather conditions
