Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Loan Processor position located in Glendale, CA. The Loan Processor will manage the end-to-end loan process, including reviewing and verifying loan documents, communicating with borrowers, underwriters, and other stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with company and regulatory guidelines. The role requires close attention to detail, efficient handling of loan applications, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in handling Loan Documents and a solid understanding of Loans
- Experience and knowledge in Loan Processing and Underwriting
- Strong Communication skills for interacting with clients, underwriters, and team members
- High level of attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, on-site environment
- Prior experience in the mortgage or real estate industry is a plus
- Familiarity with relevant software systems and tools is advantageous
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in loan processing or related fields are considered a plus
