Job Details

• Manage the loan portfolio through reports: Insurance certificates, property taxes, loan
  

payments, first mortgage loan terms, tax returns, job creation, and any other loan
authorization requirement. Requires follow-ups and requesting revisions until document is
perfected.

• Spread tax returns and risk rate using current Tax Returns and financials.
• Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Ability to multitask in a fast moving work environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
