Who we’re looking for
Experience is open — we’ve seen rookies outperform veterans and vice versa. What we care about is the mindset. You’re a self-starter, you’re comfortable picking up the phone and walking through a door, you communicate clearly, and you actually like people. You’ll need a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Knowing the Northern Colorado business community is a bonus, not a requirement.
