Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid Real Estate Agent role based in Evansville, IN, with flexibility for some work from home. The Real Estate Agent will represent buyers and sellers in residential real estate transactions, including conducting property showings, hosting open houses, and providing market insights. Responsibilities include prospecting for new clients, nurturing existing relationships, preparing comparative market analyses, and guiding clients through offers, negotiations, inspections, and closings. The agent will leverage @properties’ technology platform for lead management, marketing campaigns, transaction coordination, and document management. Day-to-day work also involves collaborating with colleagues, attending training and coaching sessions, and maintaining compliance with state real estate regulations and brokerage policies.
Qualifications
- Active Real Estate License in the state of Indiana, with a solid understanding of Real Estate principles and Real Property laws and practices.
- Proven Sales experience, including prospecting, lead conversion, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Strong Customer Service skills with a client-focused mindset, excellent listening abilities, and a commitment to ethical representation.
- Familiarity with residential Real Estate transactions, including MLS use, contracts, disclosures, and local market trends.
- Comfort using real estate CRM systems, marketing platforms, and basic office software for communication and documentation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, professional presentation, and the ability to build long-term relationships.
- Self-motivated and organized, able to manage a flexible schedule that may include evenings and weekends.
