Real Estate Marketing Intern

Schedule: Part-Time | Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–12:00 PM
Direct Report: John Ross Martin and Bretnea Harvey Real Estate
Pay: $15/hour

Responsibilities
- Design marketing materials for property listings.
- Update listing information and marketing collateral.
- Organize client files and coordinate schedules.
- Assist with open houses, events, and special projects.
- Conduct basic market research.
- Prepare presentations and support daily office operations.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Creative with an interest in marketing and design.
- Proficiency in Canva and Microsoft Excel.
- Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to manage multiple tasks.
