Proper-T LLC manages furnished corporate rental apartments and houses in Wilmington, Pike Creek, and Newport. We're hiring two experienced cleaners to share our turnover schedule — the reset between one guest leaving and the next arriving.
This role is for experienced cleaners only. If you've cleaned professionally — residential cleaning, hotel housekeeping, or short-term rental turnovers — we'd love to hear from you. We are not able to train beginners for this position, which is why the pay is set where it is.
The work: reset 1–2 bedroom units between guests — hotel-style bed changes, bathrooms, kitchen, vacuum and mop, then stage the unit (towels, coffee) for the next arrival. Most units take about 90 minutes. All supplies and equipment are provided, and your schedule and checklist run through a simple phone app.
The schedule: cleans fall between 10:30 AM and 4:00 PM. You claim the cleans that fit your week — weekends are our busiest days. We're in our slower season now, so it's a good time to learn the properties before volume picks up.
Requirements: professional cleaning experience (required — describe it in your application); a reliable personal vehicle (required — you transport fresh linens and haul away dirty laundry, so rideshare and public transit won't work); a smartphone with data; able to lift 35 lbs; and you show up on time, every time you commit to a clean.
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 10.0 per week
