We are seeking a dedicated and oriented house cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in residential properties, ensuring a welcoming sanitary environment for our clients. This role requires a strong work ethic attention to detail and commitment to provide excellent customer service. Duties include:• Perform thorough, residential cleaning tasks, including dusting vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing all areas of the home.• Conduct carpet, cleaning and floor care to maintain the appearance and hygiene of various surfaces• Laundry, linens, and towels as needed ensuring they are fresh and clean for client use.• Provide exceptional customer service needs and concerns promptly• Maintain cleaning report when replenishment is necessary.• Follow safety protocols and best practices for cleaning to ensure a safe working environment.Experience:• Previous experience residential or hotel housekeeping is preferred, but not mandatory• A valid driver's license and reliable car is priority. • Able to transport cleaning team to locations in the DMV (compensation provided). • Live in Maryland is preferred• Familiarity with various cleaning techniques and products is advantageous• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.• A proactive attitude towards completing tasks affect efficiently while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast paced environment.
