Strong hands-on experience with IBM Sterling Integrator / Sterling B2B Integrator (SI/SBI)

Expertise in EDI mapping, translation, and implementation

Deep understanding of EDI standards (X12, EDIFACT)

Experience with Business Process Modeling (BPML/BPML)

Proficiency in communication protocols (AS2, SFTP, FTP, VAN)

Strong knowledge of map editor tools and partner onboarding

Hands-on experience in troubleshooting EDI transactions and production support

Ability to work with cross-functional teams and resolve integration issues

Excellent analytical, documentation, and client-facing communication skills

Develop and maintain EDI maps and integrations

Manage trading partner setups and configurations
