Patriot Heating and A/C is a growing residential HVAC provider in Johnson County, KS. We are seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC/R systems, with the ability to service, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who is comfortable working in various environments. As an HVAC technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients receive high-quality service and efficient system performance. The position is full time out of our office in Shawnee, KS.
Responsibilities:
- Service and repair HVAC systems in residential buildings
- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to prolong their lifespan
- Test installed systems to ensure they are functioning properly and efficiently
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC systems
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within budget
Requirements:
- 5 years of HVAC service experience preferred
- Strong understanding and desire to educate customers on products and services
- Strong knowledge of refrigerate systems, equipment repair techniques.
- Must be able to lift, push, pull or carry heavy objects up to 50 lbs
- Must be able to climb ladders and work in small crawl spaces/attics
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; ability to operate a van for job site transportation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills for effective client interaction.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Experience with Service Titan and/or plumbing a plus.
