TEAM

As a Sales Development Intern, you will be an essential part of our pipeline-generating team, working with resources across the entire company to achieve success. Tight-knit and diverse, our SDRs have a culture of prospecting and learning. They work closely together, collaborating on ideas and sharing engagement tactics, while pushing each other to be the best.
ROLE
Propel is looking for an energetic team player to join us as a Sales Development Intern.
As a Sales Development Intern at Propel, you will be a crucial piece of our Sales & Marketing teams' success in their go-to market efforts. This is an exciting chance to be on the frontline of generating meaningful pipeline that directly impacts our organizational growth. Success in this role is defined by helping to get our sales reps "sales ready." This includes arming them with the right information at the right time, keeping their databases clean and smoothing out internal processes and systems.
This is a fantastic opportunity to start a career in technology sales and marketing. In this position, you will get a chance to engage target prospects, identify key personas in high value accounts, and lay the foundation for a strong, long lasting relationship. You’ll also collaborate with key executives within Sales & Marketing.
\n- Strategic account and contact list building
- Handle data hygiene and enrichment across our databases; ensure Sales & Marketing have clean, accurate information
- Build account plans with SDRs on their highest priority accounts
- Provide summary and analysis of Propel marketing content to arm sales team
- Learn the SDR Team’s internal tech stack and create training and help docs for the core systems
- Create reports and lists within Salesforce to help sales prioritize accounts and contacts
- Analyze data to help management make key market decisions
- Execute sales activities such as calls and emails to lead/event lists
- Help marketing build campaigns and brief internal teams on those campaigns
- Interact with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, revenue operations, and customer success
- Strong professional communication skills (verbal written)
- Comfortable with Excel and Google Drive
- Strong curiosity and ability to quickly learn new technology
- Experience with tools like Salesforce.com, SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus
- Previous sales / cold-calling experience is a plus
- Studying in a field related to business, supply chain or hardware engineering
