Hourly Wages: $17 - $22 an hour, based on qualifications and experience.

Responsibilities:
- Teach within our swim curriculum and help students achieve their swim goals
- Have fun Create an amazing swim lesson experience for our swimmers.
- Educate and enforce safety rules to prevent accidents & maintain discipline.
- Use appropriate oral communication skills with children and coworkers.
- Be a team player and work well with others
- Have a positive, enthusiastic attitude.
Requirements:
- GENUINE love for teaching children.
- Previous experience working with children (volunteer or paid).
- A swimming background is beneficial, but not required.
- Ability to communicate well & build relationships.
- Availability to work evenings and/or weekends.
- Must be able to adhere to Instructor Attendance requirement of 90% (For example, must be able to commit to teaching your assigned classes 9 weeks out of 10).
- Reliable form of transportation to/from work
- Willingness & ability to be in the water for 4 hours.
