Hourly Wages: $17 - $22 an hour, based on qualifications and experience.

OneTeam360:

OneTeam360 is a team performance tracking and incentives program that is based on a daily points system. Team members earn points every time they work The number of points a team member has determines their "Level". Responsibilities:

• Teach within our swim curriculum and help students achieve their swim goals
• Have fun Create an amazing swim lesson experience for our swimmers.
• Educate and enforce safety rules to prevent accidents & maintain discipline.
• Use appropriate oral communication skills with children and coworkers.
• Be a team player and work well with others
• Have a positive, enthusiastic attitude.

Requirements:

• GENUINE love for teaching children.
• Previous experience working with children (volunteer or paid).
• A swimming background is beneficial, but not required.
• Ability to communicate well & build relationships.
• Availability to work evenings and/or weekends.
• Must be able to adhere to Instructor Attendance requirement of 90% (For example, must be able to commit to teaching your assigned classes 9 weeks out of 10).
• Reliable form of transportation to/from work
• Willingness & ability to be in the water for 4 hours.
