This is a hybrid role, with 3x/week in Downtown SF close to public transportation.
About the role and your impact:
- Responsible for the accounting, taxes, and financial statements for their respective properties.
- Month-End/Year-End Close
- Journal entries
- Bank reconciliations
- Financial statement preparation
- Work closely with Property Controller and Accounting Manager to support accounting operations
What you'll bring:
- 3 years of experience in real estate accounting
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field
- Experience with MRI, Yardi, or other real estate accounting software
