Accounting Manager | Hospitality | Charlotte, NC (Relocation Available)

We’re partnering with a well-established and growing hospitality ownership group to identify an

Accounting Manager to join their corporate finance team in Charlotte, North Carolina.

This is a high-visibility role working closely with senior leadership, supporting the financial operations of a multi-property hotel portfolio. It’s an excellent opportunity for someone with a hospitality accounting background who is looking to step into a broader, more strategic position with leadership exposure.

What you’ll be doing:

• Partner with senior finance leadership to oversee financial operations across multiple hotel properties

• Review and ensure accurate financial reporting in accordance with GAAP

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and operational financial analysis

• Oversee full-cycle accounting processes, including AP and reporting cycles

• Help strengthen internal controls and improve accounting processes across the platform

• Mentor and support junior accounting staff while contributing to team development

What they’re looking for:

• Background in hospitality accounting (hotel experience strongly preferred)

• Experience as an Accounting Manager, Assistant Controller, or Assistant Director of Finance

• Strong understanding of hotel financial operations, reporting, and systems

• Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on in a fast-paced environment

• Prior experience supporting or supervising accounting staff
