What we're looking for*
- Always cheerfully greet guests and sincerely thank them upon exit.
- Park and retrieving guest vehicles in a safe and timely manner.
- May be asked to perform cashier duties.
- Explain the parking rates and provide instructions for guests to retrieve their self-park vehicles.
- Help the business by inspecting each vehicle before taking possession and following company guidelines.
- Impress us all by maintaining the company uniform appearance, cheerfully greeting and thanking guests, resolving issues, and by being an all-around pleasure to be with.
- Be outside and active most of your day, standing walking, and sometimes helping with items weighing up to 50lbs.
- And you may be asked by local management to complete small cleaning or maintenance tasks or other special projects.
- Issue ticket to customer upon arrival.
- Help the management team to guide and supervise the other parking valets
- Park and retrieve customer vehicles in a safe and timely manner.
- Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures to guests upon arrival.
- Ensure all vehicles and keys are organized and in appropriate areas.
- Open all vehicle doors for guests. Assist with luggage when necessary. Open building doors for guests if applicable.
- Issue receipts upon customer's exit, as applicable.
- Report any known accidents or violations of Company policy, safety hazards, or any unusual occurrence to the local manager.
- Inspect each vehicle before taking possession and follow company’s standard valet operating procedures.
- Always maintain a neat and orderly location, free of debris and trash, with clean windows void of unapproved company posters or decorative hangings.
- Provide the company’s standards of service with each customer including, stating the company greeting, answering questions, resolving issues, and thanking each customer upon exit.
- Assist customers with directions, and other inquiries.
- Maintain a pleasant, friendly, and professional demeanor with all guests, co-workers, and clients.
- Always maintain a neat and clean appearance in adherence to company standards.
- Report any known accidents or violations of Company policy, safety hazards or any unusual occurrence to the local manager in a timely manner.

- You are at least 18 years old.
- Ability to adapt to minimal to moderate noise levels
- You have a valid driver's license and have been driving for at least 2 years.
- Energetic, outgoing and can stand, run, and carry items, up to 50lbs, if needed.
- Great communicator in both written and spoken language, with a friendly, professional approach to everyone you meet.
