About The Role

As a Valet in our Service department, you will be the first point of contact for customers bringing their vehicles in for service. In this hourly, full-time role, you ensure a smooth and welcoming arrival experience by greeting customers, assisting with vehicle drop-off, and coordinating shuttle rides. You will handle the careful parking and organization of incoming service vehicles while maintaining a professional, customer-focused attitude at all times. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, is comfortable driving a variety of vehicles, and is committed to delivering excellent customer service.

What You'll Do

• Warmly greet customers arriving for service and serve as their initial point of contact
• Assist customers with the vehicle check-in process and direct them to the appropriate service advisor
• Register and park incoming service vehicles safely and efficiently according to dealership procedures
• Provide shuttle service and rides to service customers, ensuring timely and courteous transportation
• Assist with the transfer of customers from their vehicles to the service advisors as needed
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe driveway and parking area for customers and staff
• Operate and park a variety of customer vehicles with care and attention to detail
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and team members regarding wait times, shuttle availability, and next steps
• Support the Service department with additional tasks as requested to ensure a smooth customer experience

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and no major moving violations
• Ability to safely operate and park a variety of vehicles, including automatic and manual transmissions (if applicable)
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional, and approachable demeanor
• Effective verbal communication skills in English
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work an hourly, full-time schedule
• Ability to stand, walk, and move between vehicles for extended periods and work in various weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to vehicle and customer safety
• Positive attitude and willingness to work collaboratively with the Service team
