What are the responsibilities and job description for the Hotel Valet Supervisor position at Propark Mobility?
Pay Rate: $23.00 - $24.00 per hour plus cash tip$!
Job Type: Part-time
Location: Luxury Hotel in Boston, MA
Shift & Schedule: Saturday & Sunday 3:00PM - 11:00PM (evenings)
Must Have: 2 Years Drivers License & ability to drive a manual/stick-shift car

What we're looking for:*
- Develop and train shuttle drivers and valets to ensure job expectations are met
- Review and approve work schedules to ensure adequate coverage while minimizing expenses.
- Develop and maintain excellent client relations and attend client meetings.
- Handle customer complaints and day-to-day operational issues.
- Manage employee work hour reports and submit payroll.
- Oversee the customer service program to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Develop budgets and monitor financials to meet business goals.
- Review and evaluate audits to ensure integrity of revenue control.
- Ensure compliance with company and client policies and procedures.
- Complete required reports.

- You have a valid driver's license and have been driving for at least 2 years.
- Energetic, outgoing and can stand, run, and carry items, up to 50lbs, if needed.
