You’ll operate as a strategic partner to Talent Leadership, Finance, and business stakeholders—owning executive insights, driving transformation readiness, and establishing operational rigor across global Talent Acquisition. This role is critical to enabling hiring at scale, improving recruiter productivity, and ensuring alignment to business priorities.

The Role

- Serve as the strategic lead for Talent Acquisition analytics and workforce planning, driving visibility, rigor, and alignment across the hiring lifecycle
- Partner with Talent Leadership and Finance to translate business strategy into data-driven hiring plans aligned to budget, headcount, and organizational priorities
- Own the development and evolution of executive dashboards and reporting frameworks, delivering actionable insights to senior leadership
- Lead quarterly hiring forecast cycles, incorporating business growth projections, attrition trends, and market dynamics
- Build and manage advanced capacity and financial models to optimize recruiter productivity and align hiring with budget performance
- Design and deliver executive-level dashboards that provide real-time visibility into hiring performance, funnel health, and operational efficiency
- Establish standardized reporting frameworks and data governance to ensure consistency and accuracy across TA
- Synthesize complex data into clear, compelling insights for executive stakeholders
- Lead recruiter enablement strategy, including onboarding programs, capability-building initiatives, and ongoing training
- Develop and deliver stakeholder training and communication plans to improve hiring manager effectiveness and alignment
- Drive adoption of tools, processes, and best practices across the TA organization
- Lead Talent Acquisition transformation initiatives, ensuring readiness across people, process, and technology
- Develop and execute transformation training programs to support adoption and minimize disruption
- Partner cross-functionally to embed change management and ensure sustained impact
- Establish and lead TA PMO and governance frameworks to drive prioritization, execution, and accountability
- Own the annual Talent Operations roadmap, aligning initiatives to strategic priorities
- Lead intake and portfolio triage processes, ensuring resources are focused on highest-impact work
- Oversee initiative governance, tracking, and reporting to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
- Provide regular stakeholder reporting and executive updates on progress, risks, and outcomes
- Champion continuous improvement across Talent Acquisition by identifying operational gaps and implementing scalable solutions
- Drive process excellence through lifecycle mapping, policy optimization, and SLA management
- Strengthen data integrity, systems governance, and cross-functional alignment across TA
- 8–12 years of experience in Talent Operations, Program Management, Workforce Planning, People Analytics, or related fields
- Experience leading teams and/or large-scale, cross-functional programs
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills (Excel/Sheets; BI tools like Tableau or Power BI preferred)
- Proven ability to build executive dashboards and present insights to senior leadership
- Experience establishing PMO structures, governance models, and portfolio management practices
- Strong background in change management, transformation, and enablement programs
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to influence at all levels
- Highly organized with the ability to manage complex priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Analytical mindset with comfort working with large datasets and ambiguity
