PROOF is growing! We are looking for a pizza maker / dough slinger to join our team at the super popular Breakside Brewery in Beaverton.

Requirements:
- 2 years experience in the food industry

Transportation to get you to/from shifts

Shift Expectations:

Candidates must have flexibility to work nights and weekends.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Perform basic food preparation tasks to specifications ensuring the cart is set-up for success.

Proficient in basic cooking principals including but not limited to baking, cooking, food frying, salad prep.
- Maintain a clean workspace and thoroughly understand the importance of meticulous hand hygiene.

Provide friendly, knowledgeable, and comfortable customer service to all guests.

Learn and retain basic knowledge of Toast POS operations to help facilitate order issues.
- Prepare work area for opening and closing, following all items on daily checklists.
