We are seeking an Alcohol & Safety Compliance Manager to join our Proof of the Pudding team. The Alcohol & Safety Compliance Manger is responsible for overseeing, implementing, and enforcing all alcohol service, safety, and regulatory compliance programs for Proof of the Pudding. This role ensures adherence to state and local alcohol laws, licensing requirements, and internal safety standards across all venues and field events
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Support and manage alcohol and safety compliance initiatives company-wide for Proof of the Pudding
· Develop and oversee Alcohol Compliance Training, including TIPS and TABC certification programs
· Ensure all staff involved in alcohol service maintain current TABC certification and meet state and local health requirements for food handlers and alcoholic beverage service
· Administer and enforce alcohol license compliance, including application processes, renewals, tracking, documentation, and internal audits
· Manage and conduct all field event bartender audits to ensure compliance with alcohol service standards, company policies, and legal regulations
· Develop, implement, and enforce loss prevention strategies related to alcohol service and inventory control
· Enforce and audit alcohol service practices to reduce risk, liability, and non-compliance issues
· Lead regulatory engagement with agencies overseeing alcohol and safety compliance
· Maintain accurate compliance records, reports, and audit documentation
· Provide guidance, training, and corrective action plans for operations teams when compliance gaps are identified
· Stay current on changes to state and local alcohol laws and proactively update policies and procedures as needed
Qualifications:QUALIFICATIONS:
· Active TABC Certification (required)
· Experience with Alcohol TIPS and TABC training programs
· Background in alcohol compliance training and enforcement
· Loss prevention experience, preferably within hospitality, events, or food & beverage environments
· Experience conducting field audits, particularly for bartenders and alcohol service teams
· Ability to meet and maintain all state, federal and local health requirements for food handlers and alcoholic beverage service
· This position is based in Atlanta, GA, with up to 60% travel required.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
· Previous compliance leadership experience in catering, events, hospitality, or multi-unit operations
· Strong organizational, auditing, and documentation skills
· Excellent communication and training abilities
· Ability to work independently and across departments in a fast-paced, event-driven environment

Position Salary & Benefits:
· This is considered a full-time salary position.
