Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Insurance Agent in San Antonio, TX. The role entails assisting clients in selecting suitable insurance packages, selling insurance policies, providing exceptional customer service, and advising clients on policy terms and conditions. Agents will manage new and existing accounts, address customer inquiries, and ensure compliance with relevant insurance regulations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Insurance Sales, Insurance products, and Insurance Brokerage
- Knowledge of Finance and insurance-related financial concepts
- Strong Customer Service skills, including the ability to build and maintain positive client relationships
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to meet sales targets and work in a goal-oriented environment
- State licensing for selling insurance products (or willingness to obtain licensing)
- Prior experience in the insurance industry or sales is a plus
