This role maintains medical supply inventory, ensures accurate and timely distribution of pharmacy supplies, and maintains a clean, safe, and efficient work environment. The ideal candidate will also coordinate warehouse activities to support workflow and compliance.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant work experience may be considered in place of formal education
- Active pharmacy technician certificate in state of practice without restrictions
- Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) required within 1 year of hire date
- Computer skills: familiar with electronic medical records and Microsoft Office required
- Experience working as a pharmacy technician in home infusion or specialty pharmacy preferred
- Prepare route reports for a third-party logistics company in MedRx
- Process prescriptions and delivery tickets
- Contact patients to discuss refill and supply requests
- Delegate enteral delivery requests through TransportACE
- Assist with workflow and manage all pharmacy delivery needs and requests
- Maintain warehouse supply inventory
- Handle delivery issues and special requests
- Manage warehouse technicians and drivers to support all of the above
- Other duties as assigned
