Your Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance and repairs on a variety of vehicles
- Conduct basic diagnostics and inspections
- Complete DVIs (Digital Vehicle Inspections)
- Collaborate with service advisors and other team members
- Maintain a clean, professional, and organized work area
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures
What We're Looking For:
- 2 years of hands-on automotive experience
- Basic diagnostic ability
- Experience with DVI systems
- ASE certifications (preferred but not required)
- Valid and clean driver's license
- Own tools (specialty tools provided)
- Positive attitude and a team player mentality
- Attention to detail and a strong work ethic
- Willingness to continue training and growing professionally
Compensation:
- Flat Rate: $25 to $35 per hour
- Annual Earning Potential: $52,000 – $75,000 based on productivity
