What You Bring to the Table
- 8 years of experience in the field (preferably in independent shops, dealership experience acceptable)
- Strong electrical and drivability diagnostic skills—someone who can solve real-world problems (we know no one is perfect; there’s always room to grow)
- Deep understanding of electrical systems, CAN networks, and the diagnostic process
- Comfortable working on older vehicles, light diesel engines, and RVs
- Own your basic tools; we provide advanced diagnostics and specialty equipment
- A team-first attitude—no egos, no shortcuts, no excuses
- Dependable, honest, and committed to doing the job right
What You’ll Be Working On
- A mix of gas and diesel vehicles, light-duty trucks, fleet vehicles, and RVs
- Electrical and drivability diagnostics—you’ll be solving real problems
- Complex mechanical repairs that other shops send away
- No tires, bodywork, or paint—we focus on real mechanical repair
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay Range: $75,000–$110,000 annually
- Health Insurance: We cover 50% of your premium
- Dental & Vision: Available (100% employee-paid)
- 401(k) Retirement Plan
- Paid Time Off:
- 1 week starting in Year 1
- 2 weeks starting in Year 3
- Closed weekends and all major holidays
