We’re looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join our team and play a key role in driving growth by connecting businesses with our diverse range of promotional products.
Position Summary:
As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. This role is ideal for a results-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new leads and build relationships with prospective clients through outbound calls, cold calling, research, networking, and outreach.
- Manage a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Collaborate with our internal teams to develop customized product solutions that align with client goals and budgets.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our product offerings and industry trends to effectively advise clients.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Utilize CRM tools to track leads, manage customer information, and monitor sales activities.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, account management, or a related field (experience in promotional products or e-commerce is a plus).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team setting.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma required; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
