Receptionist – River View Nursing and Rehab

Pay: $14 – $15/hour (based on experience)

Overview:

River View Nursing and Rehab is seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our residents, visitors, and team members. This role is essential in creating a welcoming environment and supporting the smooth operation of our facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answering and directing incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
• Greeting and assisting residents, visitors, and vendors promptly and warmly
• Performing administrative and clerical duties as assigned, including filing, scheduling, and recordkeeping
• Maintaining a clean and organized reception area
• Assisting with general office support and communication across departments
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Customer-focused and professional demeanor
• Prior receptionist or administrative experience preferred but not required
