Summary
The Housekeeper is responsible for the day-to-day cleaning of all areas of the facility to help keep all team members and residents safe. This includes cleaning surfaces, disposing of trash, disinfecting equipment, and stocking and laundering the linen, and keeping housekeeping supply closets stocked in order to keep our facility clean, safe, and inviting. The Promontory Point Rehabilitation mission is to provide the greatest transitional rehabilitation and skilled nursing care experience in a distinct 5-star setting.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum one (1) year experience in institutional, hotel, or other healthcare environment is preferred, but not required.
- Must have the ability to bend, stoop, and lift.
- Must be on your feet most of the shift.
- Must be able to lift about fifty pounds for removal of trash & soiled linens.
- Ability to achieve high level of cleanliness & safety throughout designated areas.
- License driver with well working automobile for reliability getting to and from work in all types of weather.
