The Opportunity
ProMedix Health is looking for a results-driven Google Ads Manager to take full ownership of our paid advertising program. This person will manage day-to-day campaign operations across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), and additional platforms - with the goal of generating qualified Medicare patient leads at the right cost and within defined budget and KPI targets. This is a hands-on execution role with direct accountability for campaign performance.
We have an AI-powered marketing infrastructure already in place that automates significant parts of our campaign workflow. This role does not build or maintain that infrastructure - it manages the campaigns. You will set strategy, allocate budget, monitor performance daily, optimize toward defined KPIs, and report results. If you are energized by owning numbers and hitting targets in a fast-moving healthcare environment - this role is for you.
Core Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Google Search, Display, YouTube, and Meta (Facebook and Instagram) - with a focus on driving qualified Medicare patient leads
- Manage and allocate monthly ad budgets across platforms to maximize return on ad spend - you are directly accountable to defined cost-per-acquisition and ROAS targets
- Monitor campaign performance daily and make proactive adjustments to bids, budgets, targeting, and creative to maintain and improve performance
- Build and deliver weekly performance reports covering CTR, CPC, ROAS, conversion rates, and cost per acquisition by platform and campaign
- Manage retargeting and lookalike audience strategies to improve conversion rates and reduce cost per lead
- Coordinate with internal teams to align ad strategy with patient acquisition goals and market expansion into new states
- Manage additional paid channels as needed including LinkedIn, TikTok, and programmatic display
- Stay current on platform changes, new ad formats, and best practices - bring recommendations proactively
- Ensure all campaign activity and performance data is documented and accessible for reporting and compliance purposes
What Success Looks Like
In the first 30 days you will audit existing campaigns, identify quick wins, and take over day-to-day management. Within 60 days we expect measurable improvement in ROAS and cost per acquisition, a clear weekly reporting cadence, and a forward-looking campaign strategy with defined targets by channel and market.
What We Are Looking For
Required
- 3 or more years of hands-on experience managing paid search and paid social campaigns - direct day-to-day campaign management, not oversight
- Proven track record managing Google Ads campaigns - Search, Display, or YouTube - with measurable cost per acquisition results
- Demonstrated Meta Ads experience with direct accountability for performance metrics
- Proficiency with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel setup and troubleshooting
- Strong analytical skills - you pull data, build clear reports, and translate numbers into actions
- Experience managing ad budgets with direct accountability for KPI outcomes including ROAS and CAC
- Ability to write or guide compelling ad copy appropriate for a healthcare patient acquisition audience
- Familiarity with healthcare or Medicare patient acquisition campaigns - understanding of the regulatory environment for healthcare advertising is a strong plus
Certifications
- Google Ads certification (Search, Display, or Measurement) - strongly preferred
- Meta Blueprint certification - preferred
