Warehouse Manager- Nightcrew Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Warehouse Manager for the Night Crew to lead our overnight operations with energy and precision. This pivotal role involves overseeing all aspects of warehouse activities during the night shift, ensuring seamless inventory management, efficient shipping and receiving, and continuous process improvement. As a key leader, you will drive operational excellence, foster a safety-first environment, and implement innovative strategies to optimize warehouse performance. Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the night shift warehouse team, promoting a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Manage shipping & receiving operations, sorting incoming freight
• Implement process improvements utilizing Lean principles to enhance workflow efficiency and reduce time
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies while maintaining a safe working environment for all team members.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations of warehouse staff with supervising experience to foster professional growth.
• Coordinate with production planning teams to align warehouse activities with overall demand planning and supply chain objectives.

Skills

• Proven experience in warehouse supervision or operations management within a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of logistics and warehouse distribution processes.
• Expertise in transportation planning, freight management, shipping & receiving procedures, and fleet management.
• Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to motivate teams and enforce safety standards effectively.
• Experience managing budgets, demand planning, production planning, and continuous improvement projects.
• Skilled in organizing operations and materials handling equipment such as forklifts.
