Role Description
We are seeking a high-impact Director of Sales to spearhead new business development for our RCM services portfolio. In this strategic, individual-contributor-to-leadership role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, engaging, and closing new client relationships with healthcare providers, hospital systems, and group practices across the United States. This is a remote position with expectation of travel for client meetings and industry events.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed revenue targets for Promantra's RCM services
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities within hospitals, health systems, physician groups, and specialty practices
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline through targeted outreach, networking, referrals, and industry events
- Lead the full sales cycle from lead generation and discovery through proposal, negotiation, and contract close
- Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations articulating the value of Promantra's RCM solutions to C-suite and operational stakeholders (CFOs, COOs, Revenue Cycle Directors)
- Collaborate with internal operations and implementation teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and seamless handoffs
Required Qualifications
- 8 years of B2B sales experience, with a minimum of 5 years specifically selling RCM, healthcare IT, or related healthcare services
- Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas in complex, consultative sales environments
- Deep understanding of the US healthcare revenue cycle landscape, including medical billing, coding, denial management, and payer dynamics
- Experience selling to hospital systems, IDNs, physician groups, or healthcare management companies
- Established network of healthcare finance and revenue cycle decision-makers
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
