PROMAN Staffing has partnered with a high‐volume distribution and technical services operation to hire a Warehouse Supervisor in Coatesville, PA.

We are hiring an EXPERIENCED Warehouse Supervisor for our client in Coatesville, PA.

All shifts open (1st, 2nd, and Weekend).

  $22.00 per hour.

Warehouse Supervisor Responsibilities

• Supervise workers operating production machinery, assembling items, performing quality control, or packaging goods for shipment
• Schedule and assign tasks, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
• Meet or exceed daily KPIs with accurate reporting that aligns with customer expectations
• Deliver clear and concise information during shift transition meetings
• Provide first‐level support for escalated issues during the shift
• Maintain consistent production quality by monitoring departmental performance metrics
• Communicate effectively with management and customers to ensure SLAs are met and issues are resolved promptly
• Engage in employee relations initiatives, addressing concerns to maintain a positive work environment
• Assist in P&L forecasting, labor planning, and scheduling
• Prepare and administer daily performance feedback and reporting
• Coordinate workflow and ensure adequate inventory and staffing levels
• Provide training, motivation, and support to employees on procedures, development, and departmental processes
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards
• Perform all other duties assigned based on the needs of the warehouse

Required Skills and Experience

• 1 years of leadership experience; materials or distribution environment preferred
• Strong problem‐solving and decision‐making skills with a focus on continuous improvement
• Detail‐oriented and organized, able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong leadership and interpersonal abilities with effective verbal and written communication
• Ability to engage professionally with customers
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office proficiency
• Experience supervising temporary staff is a plus
• Previous experience in high‐volume distribution, manufacturing, technical service, or forward logistics is preferred
• Understanding of production workflows and quality metrics is helpful
