Our valued client in Bolingbrook, IL is seeking a Recruiter to support their interviewing, screening, and hiring needs!
The Recruiter role is a temporary assignment and will conclude after 90 days.
The schedule and pay are as follows:
- 8:00 AM-4:00 PM, Monday-Friday $23.00/hour
Recruiter Responsibilities:
- Conduct interviews and evaluate candidate qualifications to ensure alignment with role requirements.
- Engage in high volume recruitment efforts, including screening resumes, conducting candidate sourcing, interviewing, and managing candidate pipelines.
- Support onboarding activities such as employee orientation.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Recruiter Requirements:
- Proven experience in talent management, full cycle recruiting, and external recruiting strategies.
- Excellent communication skills for relationship management, candidate sourcing, and collaborating with hiring teams.
- Flexibility with overtime as needed.
