PROMAN Staffing is seeking a motivated, people-focused On-Site Supervisor to serve as the primary point of contact at one of our client locations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, supporting employees, and partnering with operational leaders to ensure workforce success.
As an On-Site Supervisor, you will play a critical role in employee engagement, retention, attendance management, and overall workforce performance. You'll work directly with client leadership and hourly employees to create a positive, productive work environment while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the on-site representative for PROMAN Staffing at a client location.
- Build strong relationships with client leadership and become a trusted workforce partner.
- Support and manage a temporary workforce, ensuring employee engagement and retention.
- Address employee concerns, attendance issues, and workplace challenges with professionalism and urgency.
- Conduct performance discussions, coaching sessions, and corrective action when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records, reporting, and workforce documentation.
- Assist with recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and training new employees as needed.
- Support employees across multiple shifts and help maintain workforce stability.
- Collaborate with plant leadership to ensure staffing levels meet operational demands.
- Promote a positive workplace culture while maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures.
