Forklift Operator / Pick Packer

Location: Pedricktown, NJ 08067
Shift: 1st Shift | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay Rate: $18.00/hour

PROMAN Staffing has partnered with a well‐known logistics company in Pedricktown, NJ and is currently hiring experienced Forklift Operators and Pick Packers. This position requires hands‐on experience with high‐reach forklift equipment. All candidates must pass a practical forklift driving test prior to receiving a job offer.

Forklift Operator Responsibilities

• Operate high‐reach forklifts (REQUIRED)
• Operate Cherry Picker / Order Picker for elevated picking
• Operate Sit‐Down Forklift for pallet movement
• Navigate narrow aisles and high‐bay racking
• Move, load, and unload pallets and materials
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Lift up to 50 lbs

Pick Packer Responsibilities

• Select and pick orders based on pick sheets
• Use RF scanners to verify SKUs and update inventory
• Perform quality checks for accuracy and damage
• Pack, seal, and label boxes for shipment
• Assist with restocking and maintaining safe aisles
• Lift up to 50 lbs

Qualifications

• High‐reach forklift experience REQUIRED
• Experience operating Cherry Picker and Sit‐Down Forklift
• Comfortable working at elevated heights
• Must pass a hands‐on forklift driving exam before starting
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Strong safety awareness and communication skills
• Reliable attendance and ability to work full shift hours
