Propane Clamp Forklift Operator
Monday-Friday 7AM-3:30PM

Position SummaryWe are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Clamp Forklift Operator. In this role, you will be responsible for safely moving, storing, and handling merchandise within a fast-paced distribution environment. The ideal candidate has experience operating clamp forklifts, using RF scanners, and working in large logistics or distribution centers.
Key Responsibilities- Operate a propane clamp forklift to load, unload, pick, put away, consolidate, stack, and stage products and materials.
- Move merchandise throughout the warehouse while accurately tracking inventory using RF scanners.
- Follow established work instructions and best practices to safely and efficiently complete daily assignments.
- Accurately record indirect time and maintain productivity standards.
- Support operational processes and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Assist with physical inventories and cycle counts while ensuring inventory accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures and contribute to a culture of safety.
- Participate in required training programs and apply learned practices on the job.
- Perform additional forklift and warehouse responsibilities as needed when case-picking work is completed.
- Complete other duties as assigned.
- Experience operating propane clamp forklifts.
- Experience working in a large logistics, warehouse, or distribution center environment.
- Knowledge of RF scanning systems and warehouse inventory processes.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently.
- Basic math, reading, and documentation skills.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Experience handling appliances, electronics, or other large consumer products.
- Previous inventory control, cycle counting, or auditing experience.
- Regularly lift, carry, push, or move objects weighing 25 to 55 pounds.
- Occasionally lift and/or move objects weighing more than 75 pounds.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift.
- Ability to safely operate material handling equipment for extended periods.
- Non-climate-controlled warehouse environment with exposure to varying temperatures.
- Fast-paced team-oriented workplace with productivity and accuracy expectations.
- Must be able to work safely while meeting operational timelines and customer requirements.
