ID Technology has moved to a new state of the art facility in Pewaukee, WI! We are seeking a Die-cutter Operator to operate a new ABG 21" Die Cutter. You will contribute to the success of the company by helping produce quality flexographic label products, working with a team-player mentality, and taking pride in your work.

Are you intrigued about this work?
- Set up and Operate the Finishing Die Cutter
- Perform rewind/inspection work: inspect all products as rewound off presses
- Inspect finished products based on supplied specifications and standard quality criteria
- Package finished products based on supplied specifications and standard packaging criteria
- Assist in the set-up of finishing equipment
- Monitor the daily ship list; communicate with the Production Manager on progress/problems
- Develop competency with the tools, resources, and processes used in the daily work
- Maintain a positive, professional attitude
- Abide by ID Technology safety rules and procedures to maintain a safe and clean work environment
- Attention to detail with value of quality
- Experience/comfortable in a manufacturing environment
- Familiar with or comfortable with operating small machinery
- Self-motivated, able to work well independently
- Ability to work efficiently, accurately
- Good communication skills and desire to help your team succeed
