- Review invoices for accuracy and completeness.
- Follow up with appropriate team members when margins fall outside established minimum and maximum parameters.
- Prepare customer deposit invoices accurately and on time.
- Maintain organized accounting files and records.
- Perform other related duties as needed to support the Accounts Receivable team.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Two years of experience in a financial or accounting environment
- Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Collaborative, team-oriented approach.
