Prologue Systems is seeking a highly motivated BIM professional to help redefine the future of Scan-to-BIM, reality capture, and intelligent building documentation.
This is not a conventional BIM production role.
We are building advanced workflows that combine LiDAR, automation, AI-assisted processes, computational tools, and deep architectural expertise to digitally transform some of the most recognized hospitality properties in the world. Our work spans premier destination resorts, commercial properties, and complex renovation projects throughout the United States.

About the Role
As a BIM Manager, you will oversee the development of highly accurate Revit models derived from LiDAR point clouds, field documentation, and existing construction data. You’ll work closely with field technicians, project managers, and production staff to ensure deliverables meet Prologue’s standards for quality, consistency, and constructability.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, technically driven environment and enjoys solving complex existing-conditions challenges.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the development and coordination of architectural Revit models from:
- LiDAR point cloud data
- Existing construction drawings
- Field verification data
- Site markups and survey information
- Manage BIM production workflows and model organization standards and deadlines
- Coordinate closely with field teams and internal production staff to maintain alignment between captured data and BIM deliverables
- Perform quality control reviews to ensure model accuracy, consistency, and adherence to project standards
- Help refine and improve internal Scan-to-BIM processes, standards, and efficiencies
- Support project planning, deliverable preparation, and client coordination as needed
- Contribute to innovation initiatives involving automation, AI-assisted workflows, and feature extraction technologies
What We’re Looking For
- 3 years of professional Revit modeling or BIM management experience
- AutoCAD experience strongly preferred
- Background in architecture, construction, existing conditions documentation, or related industries
- Advanced understanding of Revit workflows, drafting standards, and BIM organization
- Strong ability to read and interpret construction documents and field conditions
- Exceptional attention to detail and spatial reasoning skills
- Experience working with point clouds and Scan-to-BIM workflows strongly preferred
- Experience with PyRevit and Revit automation tools is strongly favored
- Interest in pushing boundaries with automation, AI, computational workflows, and feature extraction technologies is highly valued
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- Hospitality project experience is highly valued, but not required
- Self-motivated, collaborative, and eager to innovate
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $65,000 – $110,000 annually, depending on experience, technical capabilities, and leadership potential
