Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our healthcare team. Day shift
40 hrs/week
Pay: $2678.57/weekly gross, $30.91/hr, $46.37/OT, $1442 per diem
Minimum 5yrs experience, can be mixture of IP/OP and SNF. EPIC experience required. Travel experience required.
- Patient Population: acute care, SNF, and outpatient
- Shift: Mon-Fri 815a-5p. May be required to work up to 3 Saturdays per month (would be OT).
- Required Certs & Licenses: BLS | AL PT license
- EMR: Epic
- LOCAL PAY: 45.29hr, 67.93 OT
