Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced QA Analyst with a background in military, defense, and aerospace systems, specializing in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), System Integration Testing, Regression Testing, and Data Separation/Validation. This role will play a key part in ensuring the quality and compliance of complex, mission-critical systems used in defense and aerospace environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and test cases aligned with system requirements and compliance standards
Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) in coordination with business users and technical stakeholders
Lead and conduct System Integration Testing (SIT) to validate end-to-end workflows and data exchanges across platforms
Execute regression testing to ensure system stability after patches, upgrades, and enhancements
Validate and verify data separation, transformation, and integrity between integrated systems and databases
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including developers, system engineers, data analysts, and project managers
Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives where applicable
Qualifications:
8 years of QA/testing experience.
Proficient in UAT, integration, and regression testing.
Hands-on experience with data separation, validation, and data integrity testing across environments
Experience working in secure, compliance-driven environments
Excellent analytical, communication, and technical documentation skills
