We are looking for a skilled NX CAM Application Engineer to join our internal team in Cincinnati, OH. This role is critical to supporting business development through technical expertise, customer engagement, and training delivery.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in NX CAM, along with the ability to deliver impactful pre-sales demos, technical support, and customer training.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver pre-sales demonstrations of NX CAM solutions to prospective customers
- Provide technical support and address customer queries related to CAM and PLM software
- Assist customers in identifying and implementing CAM/PLM solutions aligned with their needs
- Perform installation and setup of NX CAM solutions
- Conduct training sessions on NX CAM for customers
- Act as a technical expert, mentoring and guiding customers
- Collaborate with business development teams to support sales initiatives
Required Skills & Experience:
- 2–10 years of hands-on experience with NX CAM
- Associate degree or equivalent experience in a related field
- Strong understanding of CAM and PLM industry concepts and terminology
- Experience in pre-sales demos, customer support, or training
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Professional, adaptable, and customer-focused approach
