Overview
We are seeking experienced Infor CloudSuite / Lawson ERP professionals to support a large enterprise ERP transformation initiative. The ideal candidate will have strong functional experience supporting Supply Chain business processes within Infor CloudSuite environments.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a subject matter expert for Infor CloudSuite Supply Chain Procurement/ Financials modules.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and implementation partners.
- Gather, analyze, and own business requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead design and solution workshops with stakeholders.
- Validate current-state business processes and identify gaps, pain points, and customization requirements.
- Support future-state process design and solution validation.
- Review and challenge proposed solutions to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Document system configurations, business rules, process flows, gaps, risks, and workarounds.
- Develop and maintain Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM).
- Lead testing activities including Unit Testing, SIT, End-to-End Testing, and UAT.
- Support data migration activities and collaborate with Data Architects on data validation and reconciliation.
- Create training materials, user guides, and job aids.
- Conduct end-user training sessions and support organizational adoption efforts.
- Identify project risks, data issues, and communicate status updates to leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Data Architects, Security Administrators, Integration Developers, and Business Stakeholders.
Required Skills:
- Strong experience with Infor CloudSuite
- Experience with Procurement / Supply Chain Management modules.
- In-depth understanding of ERP implementation methodologies.
- Strong business process analysis and requirements gathering skills.
- Experience with testing, data migration, and user training.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working with implementation partners and business users.
Preferred:
Healthcare, Public Sector, or large enterprise ERP experience
Infor Lawson / CloudSuite experience
Experience supporting large ERP transformation initiatives
Infor CloudSuite migration experience
