In the assigned Job Role of Package Consultant 2, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:
- Participate in requirements gathering with stakeholders across business units and assist in validating specifications to ensure alignment with business objectives and ERP capabilities
- Contribute to solution architecture design by assisting in customizing modules and features of ERP package, based on detailed business requirements
- Develop and integrate new features into existing applications, conduct code reviews and maintain the codebase for stability and compliance
- Participate in system integration efforts by configuring interfaces, executing ETL processes, and ensuring consistent data flow between ERP and other applications
- Assess ERP system performance to identify enhancement opportunities and to ensure that ERP customizations are in compliance with security measures and regulatory standards
- Develop comprehensive documentation for ERP customizations and deliver user training to facilitate effective knowledge transfer
- Knowledge of ERP systems and integration techniques, along with sector focus
- The ability to handle end to end ERP package customization and implementation
- A knack for translating complex requirements into actionable development tasks.
- A passion for design and hands-on coding experience
- A collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders
- Experience with Baan V ERP.
- Implementation experience in Infor CloudSuite modules. (Technical, SCM and FIN)
- Experience in developing and maintaining custom modules, integrations, and extensions for the Infor CloudSuite platform.
- Experience in configure the environment, managing data, setting up security, and enabling integrations
- Experience with system administration and security.
- Experience with configuration and customization (Extension).
- Experience with integration and API management.
- Experience with data management and migration.
- Experience with reporting and analytics.
- Experience in implementing and supporting Infor CSd: This involves driving the implementation and support of the ERP system, facilitating organizational transitions, and optimizing ERP functionalities.
- Experience in technical and business solutions: The role will also involve developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, and budgets, providing technical support to end-users, and ensuring compliance with security protocols.
- Experience in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in documentation and reporting.
- Experience with supporting data conversions for Planning and Manufacturing data elements.
- Experience in Infor CloudSuite Distribution modules
- Experience in Oracle implementation including
- Experience in Infor Baan tools.
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location.
